At Virella, we're proud to offer our customers FREE shipping on every order — no minimums, no surprise charges at checkout.

Order Processing Times

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it's placed. An order counts as "dispatched" once it's handed to our shipping carrier and on its way to your chosen address. During peak periods and holidays, processing can take up to 7 business days.

Estimated Shipping Times

The estimated delivery times below refer to the transit time after your order has been dispatched to the carrier. Actual times depend on a few factors — the biggest being where you live. Here's roughly what to expect by country:

  • 🇨🇦 Canada: 5-7 Business Days
  • 🇦🇺 Australia: 5-7 Business Days
    Worldwide: 5-7 Business Days

Please note that during peak periods and holidays, carriers can experience delays in both transit and tracking updates that are outside our control. For orders shipped internationally, unexpected customs delays may also add to the delivery times above.

Order Changes & Accurate Shipping Details

It's the customer's responsibility to make sure shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout. Incomplete or incorrect details may result in delayed processing or order cancellation. If our system flags an issue with your address, our support team will email you to verify your details within 3 business days of your order being placed. If we don't hear back within that time, we reserve the right to cancel the order.

If you spot an error in your shipping details, please email us at support@getvirella.co within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll do our best to make the change, but we can't guarantee we'll be able to once that window has passed.

Delayed Delivery

We know getting your order on time matters, and we work to ship every order as quickly as we can. That said, delays can sometimes happen for reasons outside our control.

For example, couriers can run into unexpected problems in transit — severe weather, transport disruptions, and the like. When that happens, we'll work with the courier to get your package moving again as soon as possible.

There can also be occasional hold-ups before an order ships — things like product availability, address verification, or payment processing. If anything like that affects your order, we'll let you know as soon as we can.

Please note that Virella is not liable for delivery delays caused by factors beyond our control, and we can't guarantee an exact delivery date. But we'll always do our best to keep you posted and help however we can.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We know how frustrating a lost or stolen package can be. Once we hand your order to the courier, though, it's out of our hands. If your package goes missing, please contact us at support@getvirella.co and we'll do our best to assist you.

For lost or stolen packages, we recommend reaching out to the courier directly to file a claim — most carriers have a claims process and may need some details from you to complete it. We'll also follow up with the courier on your behalf and keep you updated.

Please note that Virella is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during the shipping process, and these fall outside our refund policy. Even so, we'll do everything we can to help you resolve it. If the package can't be found or delivered, we may offer a replacement, depending on the situation.

In some cases, the courier is able to locate a package and get it to you. If it can't be found, we'd recommend filing a police report.

Virella reserves the right to modify or update this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. It's the customer's responsibility to review the most recent version before making a purchase and using our products.

By purchasing and continuing to use Virella products, you're indicating your acceptance of this Shipping Policy, including any modifications made to it.
