Damaged Items

We package every order carefully to protect it in transit. We consider an item damaged if it has a defect or the product itself is physically broken. A dented or scuffed box with the product in good condition inside is not considered damage.

If your order arrives damaged, please tell us within 72 hours of delivery. Email support@getvirella.co with a clear photo of the damage, and we'll check whether you're eligible for a free replacement. We do not refund, replace, or accept returns for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping & Delivery

We do everything we can to get your order to you on time. But once it's in the courier's hands, some things are out of our control — courier delays, customs, and other shipping issues can happen. If there's a problem with your delivery, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We can't be held responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or delayed in transit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout — it's your responsibility to make sure it's correct. If the address is wrong and you don't notify us within 24 hours of placing your order, you won't be entitled to a resend or a refund.
